- We don’t process or ship on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed during that time will be processed the following business day.
- We process and ship orders on weekends and public holidays, but delays may occur during peak times. Rest assured, we will ship your order as quickly as possible.

Fast Shipping with Amazon Fulfillment: Your order will be shipped from the nearest Amazon warehouse, ensuring more rapid delivery.
Multiple Shipments: If you order several items, they may arrive separately, depending on stock availability.
Shipping Locations & Restrictions
- We currently only ship within the United States.
- We do not offer shipping to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is on its way, we’ll email you with tracking details. You can easily track your shipment through the carrier’s website.
- Please contact our customer support team if you haven’t received tracking information within 3 business days.
- Please contact us at support@the88products.com if you haven’t received tracking information within 24 hours of placing your order.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments
We do our best to ensure your order arrives on time, but we’re not responsible for any delays caused by carriers or other outside factors. If your order goes missing or gets delayed:
- Check your tracking details for the latest updates.
- Wait 48 hours after seeing the "Delivered" status — sometimes carriers mark shipments as delivered early.
- If your package is still missing, contact our support team at support@the88products.com for assistance.
Important: We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses. Please double-check your shipping information before finalizing your order.
Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect, the customer may be responsible for:
- Reshipping fees to resend the package.
- Refunds will be issued after verification if the order has not been delivered. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Easy Returns, No Hassle
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. There are no complicated steps—just a smooth, customer-friendly process designed for convenience.
How to Return an Item?
Step 1: Start Your Return
- Log in to your 88 Products account (or use the order link in your confirmation email if you don’t have an account).
- Go to “My Orders” and select the item(s) you want to return.
- Click “Request Return” next to the relevant order.
Step 2: Select Items & Reason for Return
- Choose the item(s) you want to return and specify the reason for the return.
- You may have to provide additional details to improve your experience.
Step 3: Confirm & Submit
- Click “Submit” to complete your return request.
- Our team will review your request and send you a return authorization, shipping label, and step-by-step instructions.
Step 4: Pack and Ship
- Place all returnable items in one package. Don’t forget to include the original barcode for each item.
- Print and attach the return label we provided.
- Securely pack and ship your item using the instructions in your return approval email.
Step 5: Refund Processing
- Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return and complete the quality check.
- You can track your refund via email, SMS, or your order page.
- A refund will be issued using your original payment method.
Return Guidelines
To qualify for a return, please ensure that:
- Items are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- All original tags are attached.
- The item is returned in its original condition.
If a return does not meet these requirements, we won’t be able to issue a refund. Ineligible items may be recycled or not returned.
Items That Can’t Be Returned
The following cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, DIY supplies, beauty products, and certain accessories (scarves, bags, and blankets are returnable).
- Customized, final-sale, and gift items.
Multiple Items Can Be Returned At Once
If you have items to return from multiple orders, you can combine them into one package for easier processing. Just use the merged return label provided.
IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS
- Do not send your return to the address on your package, as it will affect processing.
- Please double-check your returns before shipping. We are not responsible for returns or exchanges of products not purchased from The 88 Products.
- We do not accept items returned without an official return request.
- We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for returned packages.
- Shipping fees (including any guarantee fees) are non-refundable.
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact customer service within 24 hours of receipt.

Eligibility
- Refunds will be processed after the returned items are received and pass our quality inspection.
- Items that are used, damaged, missing parts/accessories, or improperly packaged for return may receive a partial refund to compensate for lost value.
Missing or Undelivered Items
- If an item is missing from your order, please request a refund under "Missing Item/Parts" at support@the88products.com.
- If your package is marked as "Delivered" but has not been received, you may request a refund under "Package Shows Delivered but Not Received."
Refund Timeline
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-14 business days (up to 30 days, depending on your financial institution).
- Original shipping fees, import taxes, and optional insurance costs are non-refundable, except where The 88 Products is at fault.
