Refund Policy

Eligibility

  • Refunds will be processed after the returned items are received and pass our quality inspection.

  • Items that are used, damaged, missing parts/accessories, or improperly packaged for return may receive a partial refund to compensate for lost value.

Missing or Undelivered Items

  • If an item is missing from your order, please request a refund under "Missing Item/Parts" at (Email).

  • If your package is marked as "Delivered" but has not been received, you may request a refund under "Package Shows Delivered but Not Received."

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-14 business days (up to 30 days, depending on your financial institution).

  • Original shipping fees, import taxes, and optional insurance costs are non-refundable, except where The 88 Products is at fault.
