Easy Returns, No Hassle

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. There are no complicated steps—just a smooth, customer-friendly process designed for convenience.

How to Return an Item?

Step 1: Start Your Return

  • Log in to your 88 Products account (or use the order link in your confirmation email if you don’t have an account).

  • Go to “My Orders” and select the item(s) you want to return.

  • Click “Request Return” next to the relevant order.

Step 2: Select Items & Reason for Return

  • Choose the item(s) you want to return and specify the reason for the return.

  • You may have to provide additional details to improve your experience.

Step 3: Confirm & Submit

  • Click “Submit” to complete your return request.

  • Our team will review your request and send you a return authorization, shipping label, and step-by-step instructions.

Step 4: Pack and Ship

  • Place all returnable items in one package. Don’t forget to include the original barcode for each item.

  • Print and attach the return label we provided.

  • Securely pack and ship your item using the instructions in your return approval email.

Step 5: Refund Processing

  • Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return and complete the quality check.

  • You can track your refund via email, SMS, or your order page.

  • A refund will be issued using your original payment method.

Return Guidelines

To qualify for a return, please ensure that:

  • Items are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • All original tags are attached.

  • The item is returned in its original condition.

If a return does not meet these requirements, we won’t be able to issue a refund. Ineligible items may be recycled or not returned.

Items That Can’t Be Returned

The following cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, DIY supplies, beauty products, and certain accessories (scarves, bags, and blankets are returnable).

  • Customized, final-sale, and gift items.

Multiple Items Can Be Returned At Once

If you have items to return from multiple orders, you can combine them into one package for easier processing. Just use the merged return label provided.

IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS

  • Do not send your return to the address on your package, as it will affect processing.

  • Please double-check your returns before shipping. We are not responsible for returns or exchanges of products not purchased from The 88 Products.

  • We do not accept items returned without an official return request.

  • We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for returned packages.

  • Shipping fees (including any guarantee fees) are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact customer service within 24 hours of receipt.
