  • We process and ship orders on weekends and public holidays, but delays may occur during peak times. Rest assured, we will ship your order as quickly as possible.

Shipping Locations & Restrictions

  1. We currently only ship within the United States.

  2. We do not offer shipping to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

Order Tracking

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

We do our best to ensure your order arrives on time, but we’re not responsible for any delays caused by carriers or other outside factors. If your order goes missing or gets delayed:

  • Wait 48 hours after seeing the "Delivered" status — sometimes carriers mark shipments as delivered early.

Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect, the customer may be responsible for:

  • Reshipping fees to resend the package.

  • Refunds will be issued after verification if the order has not been delivered. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If the customer receives a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include:

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)
